Jakarta Raya - HO - Jamsostek
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

  • To process all of the Delivery based on information from SAP, Check the price, due date, volume, and customer data, process VAT / Tax invoice based the final invoice, reconciliation either with internal and external parties, received and follow up all complain handling related to Invoicing.


Requirements:
Education :

  • Minimum D3 / S1 Accounting / Management / Engineering

Experience :

  • Minimum 2 (Two) years working experience in Billing
  • Handling complaint with satisfactory result
  • Familiar with Basic Accounting & Basic Tax regulation
  • Experienced in dealing or communicating with internal and external parties

Computer literacy:

  • SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Language:

  • Good command in English both oral & written

Other qualification / skills:

  • Has good interpersonal skill, communication skill
  • Willing to travel to the outside project
  • Honest, Fast learner, hard working and can work under pressure
  • Able to work independent and as a team
  • Having SIM A license


Technical Support Coordinator
Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:

  • Coordinate and Execute all program related with support for technical product in each area to provide superior products and services assures customer loyalty and fidelity and to give added value to the customers and end user, through enabling maximum customer satisfaction on our products through professional support, training and technical services and communicate to end user


Requirements:
Education :

  • Minimum Diploma III or polytechnic graduate in Civil or Architecturee

Experience :

  • Minimum 3 (three) years working experience on cement base industry
  • Handling complaint with satisfactory result
  • Familiar with Interntional standart for cement base product application such as PBI, SNI, ASTM, BS, AASHTO, etc.
  • Work on construction field
  • Lead any member to achieve the objective
  • Experienced in dealing or communicating with construction workers (such contractor, consultant, project owner or masons)
  • Lead or execute some bellow the line (BTL) activities is an advantage

Computer literacy:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet)

Language:

  • Good command in English both oral & written

Other qualification / skills:

  • Has good interpersonal skill, communication skill (incl. Presentation skill), and service oriented
  • Honest, Fast learner, hard working and can work under pressure
  • Having SIM A and C license
