Contractor Management Superintendent

To manage, monitor, review, evaluate and improve the performance of coal mining contractor or subcontractor to ensure that all primary and supporting mining activities are conducted aligned to the plan, comply with HSE regulation and meet the operational budget.

Qualification:

• Possess a bachelor degree in Mine Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in contractor management area.
• Pengawas Operational Madya competence certified.
• Strong leadership and communication skill.
• Control & Monitor Coal Handling from Pit to Port.
• Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
