HRGA Staff - Bakrie Connectivity 

Jobs Summary :

• Work on HR administration including entry and make data recapitulation related with HR matters
• Prepare and post job advertisement, paper screening selection, arrange the interviews, and administrative works
• Assist in recruitment and selection process including but not limited to conduct and scoring psychological test result
• Assist New Employee Arrival preparation including communicate with related department and give assistance to new employee
• Monitor General Affair day to day activities
• Assist and prepare events or gathering related to employee

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any major from reputable university, preferably from psychology
• Having experience maximum 2 years, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in administrative works and attention to detail
• Good communication in English both written and oral
• Excellent interpersonal skill
