Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and screening talents, both internal and external applicants
- Ensuring effective and efficient interview practices through preliminary interview processes
- Arranging all schedules as required for selection activities, from HR Interviews to Offering Session
- Preparing and distributing âThank Youâ letter to those unsuccessful candidates
- Collecting all the required personal documents from the Candidateâs part
- Supporting the managers in preparing and processing salary recommendations
- Processing incoming CVs for the benefits of organization, particularly in keep enriching the talent data bank
- Acting as the âfront entranceâ of the new comers, to welcome and introduce the incumbent to the User and the Organization as an overall
Requirements:
- Ideally the incumbent would be required to have the following qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or related major from reputable university
- Having minimum 2 years working experience in recruitment area, preference will be given to individual with "search"/ headhunting" experience
- Excellent English communication skills is a must
- Proven high computer skills
