Planning Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare rolling forecast base on sales ordering from PM for stock ordering process in order to ensure sales ordering can be fulfilled on schedule
- Prepare Sales Thru Acer (STA) data in order to provide sales revenue estimation data.
- Arrange and monitor production schedule for certain product from Logistron in order to ensure stock ordering can be produced and fulfilled on schedule
- Plan and analyze inventory balancing between finish good and supporting material base on Sales Thru Acer data in order to ensure sales order can be fulfilled completely and on schedule and for providing update stock data.
- Release and monitor PO to supplier in order to ensure sales ordering can be delivered on schedule
- Produce and distribute report (Microsoft royalty, DVD royalty, STA hit rate, Inventory Aging, Consolidated ADS, IDC report, Demand Planning report) to related party in order to provide any information for taking immediate action needed.
- Monitor inventory aging and control ADS in order to ensure no over stock is kept in warehouse
- Administer all product data into MFG-Pro (item master maintenance, BOM & work order, update cost) as per procedure in order to ensure data recorded properly can be used by related party (sales, Finance)
Requirements:
- Female, maximum of 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in management or administration or IT from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years experience in handling supply chain / planning management
- Preferably from IT / hardware / electronic industry
- Detail-oriented, strong in numbers and forecasting
- Fluent in English
- Having good interpersonal skills
- Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literacy, especially MS Excel
