Personal Assistant To General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist GM in daily business activity
- Advise & co-ordinate all meetings and appointments and pass relevant information on to staff
- Coordinate all business functions
- Arrange all travel, accommodation and other associated miscellaneous items for company guests.
- Keeping records of business meetings
Requirements:
- Maximum age 28.
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must ( Oral and Writing)
- Good Microsoft Office Skill
- Have proven ability to liaise with people at all level
- Be professionally presented and spoken
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Be highly organized
