HR Recruitment Officer (HR-RO)
Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment materials
- Screening and selection process
- Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
- Coordinate and Implement College Recruiting Initiatives
- Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior & mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment
- Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires
- Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruitment
- Competent in Recruitment & Selection (Sourcing Strategy, Recruitment Tools, Behavioral Interview)
- Having experience in conduct Psychological assessment & scoring
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Have the ability to handle multiple task, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Excellent in administrative skill.
