Matahari Putra Prima Company which has experienced more than 45 years in the retail industry in Indonesia. We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following position:
Payroll Staff (code:TZ- PL)
Responsibilities:
- Handling medical administration, health insurance administration, report employee all centre and salary employee
- Calculation and reporting employee tax income
- Provide voucher for traveling
- Handling petty cash
- Conduct other personnel administration
Requirements:
- Min. D3 in Human Resources, Accounting/ Finance
- Min. 1 years working experience in the same position
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel and database applications necessary.
- Familiar with FOXPRO
- Good in detail, strong analytical thinking and enjoy working with numbers
- The RI Act & Government Regulations of Employees’ Social Security (Jamsostek) and Employees’ Income Tax
- HR Management, especially compensation & benefits
- Talkative, smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline.
