IT Helpdesk Coordinator (HDC)

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Management or Accounting with min GPA is 3.0 (on 4.0 scale)
  • Having knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN, PC and peripheral troubleshooting would be an advantage
  • Having knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) would be an advantage
  • Fast learner and eager to help people
  • User coordination across department and having excellent communication skill
  • Proactive, Fast learner, Good adaptability, flexibility and can work with limited supervision
  • Having experience min. 3 years as IT Helpdesk
  • Female or male and min 28 years old and can coordinate a team
