Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading day to day operations including sales, service, logistics, inventory, finance (cash register
and petty cash), neatness and cleanliness of the retail area, building maintenance and employees discipline can
run very well.
2. Increase sales to exceed annual sales targets through creativity and, effective use of all resources, including
effective leadership, neatness product display, and services that exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (as a Supervisor/
StoreManager)
- Result Oriented, discipline and firm
- Hard worker and willing to work in retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Excellence English skill, both oral and written
- Love beauty and neatness
- Able to work within the company’s system
- Have good communication skills with employees and customers
- Able to properly delegate tasks to employees
- Strong leadership, target oriented and customer service oriented.
