We are currently looking for a qualified person to fill the following position:
Human Resources Admin
Responsibilities:
- Compile and keep personnel records
- May prepare reports for employment records, file employment records, or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons
- Compile and prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and calculate pay adjustments (overtime), and post information onto designated records on daily basis
- Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees
- Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, unemployment, medical insurance (from registering to claim processes and reimbursement payments) and parking permits for employees
- Verify monthly stationary orders, purchase arrangements, keeping and distributing it. Maintain office supplies logs
- Make domestic travel arrangements (transportation and accommodation)
- Provide support for HR department activities and programs
- Participating actively in every HR and companyâs programs
- Administration support for expatriates (if any)
Requirements:
- Min. D3/S1 in any major
- Age between 23 – 26 years old
- Experience min. 1 year as HR admin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service & detailed orientation
- Willing to learn and develop
