Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Controlling the activities of daily spare part replacement
  • Oversee and ensure stock of spare parts inventory for available
  • Ensure timely replacement spare part
  • Communicate with the Distributor, DAS and PPIC on stock availability.
  • Accommodating complaint and ensure follow-up to complain about the service from Distributor Spares
  • Create a monthly report on KPI spare part replacement
  • Tasks related to the development of good for Replacement Spares Warehouse development in the system or service area.

Requirements:

  • Female, aged under 28 years
  • Single
  • Good Looking
  • Education Background: S1 Industrial Engineering or other related Engineering or Management S1
  • Preferably have worked in Manufacturing or Warehouse
  • Ability to communicate well enough
  • Previous work experience can be of: Sales Admin, PPIC or the Warehouse which is backing up its operation
  • Have the ability to lead
  • Ability Computers: Excel and ready to learn with JDE system (WMS)
  • Good English Language skills
  • Willing to be placed in warehouse Cikarang
